Sunset burst looks almost dark brown or even black in a lot of photos but it is actually a deep maroon / wine red as can be seen in this photo of my own '95 535 in SSB

Most 150s and 157s do not come with D-VIP wiring, when they do the selector switch location is moved.

According to the guys at Heritage the switch location was moved to nearer the volume and tone knobs for better tone

$600 is crazy. USPS Priority Mail International is about $120.

A mid '90s Heritage will have a smaller '60s Gibson type neck, I'd be 99% certain of that. The only exception would be if it was a custom order with a requested larger neck. Heritage necks started becoming larger from the mid '00s onwards

One thing to note about the D-VIP wiring is the two volume / two tone is gone, it is basically a master volume and tone like a Tele with a separate phase knob for each pickup.

That and the location of the switch means this one is probably not for a Les Paul player

Yes it looks similar to a LP Custom, but is way different. That guitar was for sale about 5 years ago, I didn't have a Heritage 150 or 157 at the time.

It has excellent woods and finish etc, but I didn't buy it because of the control layout
