They certainly look nice, but with a nearly 4k price tag how many will they sell ?
Lotto prize win prices seem to be the norm now

En version cordes traversantes, trans blue et ebony fingerboard elle me tenterait bien, mais j'ai pas du tout la thune, et ils ne la propose qu'avec un Floyd

They may sell some, since it is the same quality as a Jackson or ESP Custom Shop so the price is relevant to these. Also Caparison is a relatively young company but got a fairly good reputation and a bunch of awesome endorsers
What I find great tho is that the price is direct factory and includes everything from shipping to VAT and taxes. If you buy a Jackson CS from a US retailer, you still have to add a shitton of money

I understand the quality is there, what I do not like is this business model where you have to order and wait 6+ months, that AND the high price + the unknown quantity of a new brand + having to buy before you try.
The only way I would go for one is to at least see a right handed one, and hear someone play it, some direct feedback from guys using them.
That's the way it was with my ESP S800, a local store had some right handed ones in stock and I knew guys who played them, and it was still a leap of faith ordering one and waiting months for it.
----
edit to add: with the ESP I could have ordered ANY comination of parts .. pickups, bridge, finish, hardware colour, pickguard colour, fret size .. anything was possible.
Now it's a few finish options, and if you don't like them then it's too bad.

I totally get the point, it's the same with some other "luthier" brands such as strandberg or mayones which also do only lefties "runs" ... TBH I never have touched a sole Caparison, I just saw some in the hands of Killswitch Engage, Freak Kitchen or Symphony X

pour info:
Hi,
I have seen you will make a special run of lefty dellinger, but do you plan to make the fixed bridge in lefty version?
I could be interested by the DELLINGER II FX PROMINENCE EF with through body strings.
Thanks for your answer.

Stephane,
We did consider this, but there wasn’t enough interest at this stage. There was far more demand for the tremolo version. Maybe we will look at this in future, or we may have it as a custom option next year.
Kind Regards,
