Thanks for having me on this site. I have a Gretsch G5435 to which ive added a Bigsby B3, an Ozark 3515EL Resonator, a Martin and Co GPCPA5K and now a cheap Encore E99 Blaster, which im currently in the process of changing, to get rid of all the cream and make it all black. So off go the cream pickguard, switch and surround, pickup surrounds and neck nut, all going to be black, with the chrome bridge and string holder also going to be black, as well as the strap pins and jack plate. Of course the knobs will be proper left handed black speed knobs. Then im going to add new pickups from Warman, the Warblades, and some black locking tuners, and then finally replace the back cream cover plates for black. And im going to try and do it all myself, even the pickups. Wish me luck!

Aah... The GRETSCH G5435LH Pro-Jet ! I installed a B-5 on mine :
Would you post a pic of your G5435LH with the B-3 arm "along" the strings so I can where it ends ?
Thanks !
A+!

Here you are mon ami.
Thanks !
Yes, I see what I suspected : the lever of the B-3 arrives circa between the 2 pickups, so that's too high for me... That's the reason why I opted for the B-5 on my Pro-Jet, where the tip of the lever reaches the level of the bridge PU, like on my Bigsby-equiped other guitars.
But after all, it's nothing else than a matter of taste... or a guitar body geometry request !
A+!
