If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Especially if you don't know how.

My answer will be somewhat generic and not very helpful, as your question is wide, but you should find many detailed schematics on the web : the Les Paul Wiring schematic from any era is widely disclosed and can be adapted with no doubt to your Vintage 100 Les Paul clone. But as stated by the captain : It is not difficult but primarly you need to be a bit confident in your skills and have the required tools.

Hi!
I am confident in soldering and have the equipement (built a zendrive clone, wired strats lefty and so on).
But i didn`t do a lefty Les Paul 50s wiring.
Once i tried with a resistor in parallel for pot value de/increasing and it didn`t work out the way i wanted.
Thats why i asked and hope someone has a lefty wiring scheme that he/she can post here.
I appreciate your help
Regards

Why don't you use log pots and a right handed wiring scheme? Excpet for the pickup selector of course.

Because i always turn the knobs lefty way.
It just feels right to me.
Otherway around its like stepping on the brake when i want to pull the trigger
