Salut,
Vient de rejoindre le forum. Je suis en Irlande. Je ne parle pas Français.

J'utilise Google Translate.

J'ai été jouer de la guitare depuis 1980. J'ai commencé sur une guitare vraiment mauvais, comme tout le monde, alors ma première guitare électrique a été bonne une Telecaster 1970, suivie d'une Stratocaster 1970. J'ai encore la Stratocaster.

Ces jours, je joue surtout de Heritage et de G & L mais j'ai un assez grand nombre d'autres marques telles que EBMM, Larrivée, Fender, Hamer, Jackson, Gibson etc

Les guitares acoustiques j'utilise Larrivée, Seagull, Simon & Patrick, et Takemine

J'ai probablement trop de guitares.

Au plaisir d'être un membre du forum, j'espère que je peux comprendre certains des messages.

It's a 2003 model, weighs 9.4lbs, pickups are Schallers or HRWs, I'm not sure. I have a set of Duncan Seth Lovers for it but I might leave those for a while as it sounds fine.

Amps are Laney TT50, Vox AC30CC2, Fender Blues Junior,Super Champ XD and Cyber Twin

SL2H with the Laney, a killer amp.

I play a lot of jazzy blues and rock, although I do also play a lot of acoustic, mostly fingerstyle.

Yes they are Schaller or Heritage's own HRW ( Heritage Ren Wall one of the companys founders). HRWs are Schallers modified in house by Heritage. I only got the guitar last week and didn't want to take it apart to find out what pickups they are.

I have HRWs in a couple of other Heritage guitars, a Millennium Std Ultra ( aka "Millie") and a VIP2, a discontinued '80s model. They are good pickups, I find them to be high in output and fairly bright. I don't like them in the Millie, they're too hot for that guitar for my taste and I do like a good high output pickup. In the VIP2 they are fine as it's an '80s monster super strat beast with a flat mount Kahler and set neck, it sounds as you would expect a guitar of that era to sound.

Yes I have a castle. I also have a leprechaun at the bottom of the garden.

First album I bought was Rory Gallagher Top Priority, excellent ! I still have it. Gary Moore was also a major influence, he was one of the best.

I have played in bands, last time was pre history in the '90s. The live music scene in Ireland, for my tastes anyway, is not great. Live bands are not common, most pubs have guys singing to midi backing.
